Accumark Gerber v10.2.0 + Gerber AccuMark 9.0 x64
Gerber AccuMark 9.0 -- 907.4 mb
Gerber Technology has presented the 9.0 version of its industry-leading AccuMark pattern design, grading and marking software. This release delivers powerful new features to save time and reduce labor costs, maximize product quality and reduce material costs.
Improved communication and collaboration features streamline business processes to increase operational efficiency and provide powerful integration between AccuMark and Gerber’s spreading and cutting systems. For existing users of AccuMark, version 9.0 has a fresh, modern user interface and time-saving enhancements, making it easier to use than ever.
AccuMark brings improved work order management and increased visibility to work in process in the cutting room by integrating with Gerber’s automated spreading and cutting systems.
With AccuMark’s Easy Plan module, businesses can automate basic production planning. Operators simply input the details of a work order, including all sizes, colors and quantities desired. AccuMark then calculates the number of markers required for the job. To accelerate and error proof the production process even further, AccuMark generates a bar code that contains the file name, material type and number of plies needed for the spread. Spreader and cutter operators can then easily scan the bar code to locate the correct file to be spread and cut.
From the design to the cut room, AccuMark brings additional productivity and efficiency through its ability to communicate with existing business enterprise systems to accept and process orders.
For example, when retail orders are collected by an ERP system, AccuMark can collect and process those orders, and communicate statistical information back to the ERP system after orders have been processed. The software’s batch processing capability not only reduces the entire order processing time from minutes to seconds, it eliminates errors caused by manual order entry and processing. This is particularly useful in made-to-measure and mass customization environments.
AccuMark 9.0's improved user interface replaces standard drop down menus with a modern ribbon that groups related commands into tabs. The ribbon improves user productivity by making it easier to locate functions quickly. In addition, a customizable, quick-access toolbar enables users to access functions with a single click. Mary McFadden, director of AccuMark Product Management said, “We’ve grouped functions together in a way that makes sense to users. The ribbon tabs are designed according to our customers’ workflow. It also puts new functions directly in front of the user, rather than buried in drop-down menus, making them easier to locate quickly.”
AccuMark 9.0 includes new features for patternmakers and graders, including a bookmark function within pattern design that enables users to save multiple versions of a piece within the same file. Pattern designers can use bookmarks to determine what base pattern was used prior to revisions, making it easier to track modifications made by vendors and revert to a previously saved pattern at any time.
New grading functionality enables users to grade a line by length, rather than traditional X and Y movements, and perform mathematical operations on grading values. Users can also see and precisely control graded piece measurements using enhanced measurement charts.
Version 9.0 of AccuMark offers operators the ability to use longer file names than in previous versions. It supports piece, model, marker and order names up to 50 characters in length and storage area names up to 20 characters in length. This enables users to assign more precise names and provides improved support when converting non-Gerber pattern and marker data.
