If you got an error message
-Runtime error: Not creatable: Normalize_Spl (max 2019)
for fixing you need to decrypt the .MSE file and replace Normalize_Spl with Normalize_Spline2, i've done it and it's working
oh, BTW, this script is just converting selected edges to Splines and then apply Displace Modifier and if you change some numbers then it's looking like strokes.
