    التحديث سيقوم بنسخ الملفات اللازمة دون اي تغيير في ملفات الترخيص او عدادات البرنامج

          I had use 10.8 crack to test,but not cracked,and not work

            I don't know which fix your are using



            I am using the same 10.8 and its working fine with me



            authorization information are retained during the upgrade

            Which method you are using?
            fCore.dll method, you should not get any problem. Replace the dll and restart your system.
            If the medicine uses the licence manager than start the Administrator and set the Licence Manager again
