1) Download And Install Any Autodesk Product 2) Run "Autodesk License Patcher.exe" With Administrator Rights 3) Launch Any Installed Autodesk Product, When Prompted; - Select "Use A Network License" - Select "Single License Server" - Use 127.0.0.1 Or localhost (Or Where The Flexlm Daemon Is Installed -Syntax Could Be port @ server-)

So you should only use one version of same software. *Works with latest ADSK License Manager 11 *No need to install NLM *If you used previous version and having problems with this one, restart computer. (Or you can stop adsklicensingservice and kill task of lmgrd.exe+adskflex.exe and remove this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Network License Manager)
