1) Enable extensions(Edit -> Preferences -> Plug-Ins -> Load Extensions Panels)
2) Window -> Show All Menu Items
3) Window -> Extensions -> Swatchy

Thanks so much. Have been waiting for this for a long time. It would be great if you could drag your existing swatches into Swatchy.
