By the end of this first short course, you will be equipped with the fundamental tools to confidently mark out the load path and reactions required to start all of your designs the right way. These key points will form the foundation of your understanding of how structures behave under given loading.
The main focus of this course is to introduce you to the concept of equilibrium by using real world examples of connections and supports to really highlight what the loads would not only like to do, but what we could design them to do.
I have designed this course for engineers early in their career that are looking to take their knowledge of structural mechanics to the next level, but don’t have the time to sift through textbooks looking for the relevant facts, or are struggling to get enough actual site time while being stuck in the office all day.
