What you'll learn:
In this Course, you will learn Architectural Visualization in Maya.
Starting with basic modeling skills, I will show you how to model and block out structures
You will learn how to model almost anything in Maya
I will show you fast modeling skills and how to create Furniture or any other product fast
You will learn how to create a camera and adjust the settings to match a reference
You will learn about scene setup and how to import image reference
We will go step by step on how to use Maya's Paint Effect to create plants and trees
We will go into details on how to use MASH network in Maya to scatter and create realistic looking field grass
I'm going to show you a detailed process on creating realistic looking rocks and gravel
You will learn how to create water surface for the pond
We will learn how to make organic looking cushions
At the end, I will show you how to break your scene in smaller file size
Finally, you will learn Set Dressing, and how to use Reference editor to combine your files into one
Requirements:
You will need some basic Maya skills, but if you have no previous knowledge of Maya, you can still follow along
You will need a desktop computer with Maya Installed
You need to have interest in creating 3D world
No Architectural experience or knowledge needed

This course takes you from zero to hero on how to create Architectural Visualization in Maya.
In this course, we will start by reviewing a reference image.
We will then dive into a fresh Maya scene and start blocking out the basic shape of the house.
Unlike other tutorials, we will set up our scene together to match our reference image, so that, at the end, our end result will look exactly like the reference.

- How to match a reference image-
How to set up your scene and render camera
- How to create organic props like rocks ad gravel-
How do create sea or water surface and animate the waves
- A deep look at Maya’s Paint Effect
- You will learn how to create plants and trees right inside of Maya using Paint Effect
- How to create grass and scatter them to look like a natural field
- We will learn how to break our scene into smaller file sizes and reassemble them using Maya Reference function
- I will show you how to use Maya’s MASH network to scatter rocks and grass At the end of this video course, you will be ready to create your own Architecture or interior design space for a client or to polish your portfolio for that dream.
Although this course is for Beginner to Intermediate Level and requires some knowledge of Autodesk Maya Modeling skills, if you don’t have any Maya Modeling experience, you can still follow along.
